ingredients

Egg yolks (12)
Grated coconut (100 g)
Coconut milk (200 ml)
Sugar (300 g)
Butter (2 tablespoons)

preparation

Spread on a pudding mold of about 22 cm with a little butter and cover with a layer of soft sugar. You can also use molds for individual servings guys.
In a bowl, add the yolks previously strained grated coconut, coconut milk and sugar. Melt butter and add to the mix (do not pour the hot butter directly on the egg). Stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in water bath for 40 minutes.
To find out if you are ready you can stick a fork and it should come out dry.
To unmold, wait about 10 minutes. Should not be hot because it disarms, not cold because you will not be able to draw.
